We gratefully accept family-friendly perishable foods, including garden produce, that has been maintained in safe temperature zones and chilled or frozen (when necessary) before being donated.

• Only donate food that will be fit for human consumption for at least two more days. Food that you would not eat yourself or feed to your family should be composted instead. Sensory qualities must not be diminished. It must look and smell right.

• Discarding food that does not meet the above criteria is not a waste; you are protecting the at-risk of hunger community that we serve.

• Foods should be packed in a way that they will not be crushed or otherwise damaged during packing and transport. Food should remain in the refrigerator/freezer until the driver or volunteer arrives to pick it up.
